Everyone dreads hearing they may need a root canal but if you going to get one take a seat at Ballantyne Endodontics - I did and I have to say Dr Tadrissi and his team were incredible; both professional and supportive and put my entire mind and body at total ease. They accommodated me very fast and educated me on every step along the way. I was stunned how comfortable I was both during and after the procedure and it’s all because of their expertise and patient care. Although I hope I never have to return, it is THE place to be if I / you need quality work done!

I've had "difficult" teeth my whole life, and frequently have needed revisions or secondary procedures when initial ones don't go as planned. When I moved to Charlotte and needed two root canals immediately after my new dentist put on crowns, I knew I needed to find a provider I could trust to understand the complexity of my teeth. Dr Chopra has been amazing, and put me at ease right away. She takes every precaution and is incredibly thorough to make sure things are done right the first time. I trust her more than any dental specialist I've had, and know she's listening to me, being thorough in her treatment, and I'll have a good outcome.

My experience with this practice was outstanding. I must admit that I was a skeptical patient at the start of my session. The structure, client care attentiveness, wonderful caring attitude personnel and organization of the practice made me think that nothing could be so well defined. I was SO wrong. The quality of patient care by Dr. Sonia Chopra and her team was outstanding and is a “ Best Practice Model” that all businesses should follow. The care did not stop with the check in process. During the root canal surgery it was a pleasure to watch and listen to the movement of the Doctor and the Hygienist as they worked in such a coordinated fashion that left me wondering if they were reading each other’s thoughts. I am happy that I made the decision to trust Dr. Sonia Chopra and the Ballantyne Endodontics team. The entire process from initial visit, preparation, check in, surgery, to the post office visit conversation was superb. Thank you for taking care of my tooth and providing me an extremely comfortable root canal medical solution experience.

Ballantyne Endodontics is the place to go for a root canal. Outstanding service. I had the best experience today. Dr. Tadrissi is the greatest. His skill is impeccable. Dr. Tadrissi is kind, caring a personable. I didn't feel any pain throughout the entire procedure. His assistants Sidney and Nicole were so kind and professional. Loved Sidney's sense of humor and making me feel comfortable. Loved Nicole's bed side manner. So caring. Great reception from the front desk personnel. Very friendly and professional. The entire office setting from the entrance and beyond is beautiful. And the seating in the waiting area is very comfortable. I highly recommend Ballantyne Endodontics to everyone who seeks excellent service and comfort.

I was met with smiles upon arrival! Everyone was nice and everything was explained in detail so I could understand what I needed and why. I've since had a procedure there and it was hands down the most pleasant experience ever at a dentist office! And I've had tons of stuff done since I was a kid. Dr Chopra and team have a great bedside manner, a d some sedation. Even the lidocaine was pretty painless!!!! Love them!!

I had my second root canal done by Dr. Sonia Chopra and, like the first one which she did in 2016, everything was done perfectly! I cannot express enough how thankful I am for such a wonderful extremely professional job, great skills, care, knowledge and communication. Both times I had no pain at all during and after the procedures. Dr. Chopra also does an excellent job of educating people about the root canals through her presentations and talks. It helps not only to have better care about teeth but eliminate the fear. I also had a tooth examination with Dr. Mark Tadrissi and I was amazed how detailed and professional it was done. The office is extremely clean and well-organized. The interior is designed with a great taste. One of the few offices I've seen where windows are from ceiling to floor and overlook the green areas - very calming. Everything is absolutely great and professional! I highly recommend this place!
